Job Description: Salesforce Fullstack Developer (LWC & Apex) Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC ) andApex classesto extend Salesforce functionality and improve user experience. Design, develop, and maintain backend logic,includingApex triggers, Flows, Process Builders,and other automation tools . Collaborate with cross-functional teams ( business stakeholders, product owners, and QA teams) to gather requirements and deliver effective, scalable solutions. Implementbest practices for Salesforce development,including high-quality, maintainable code and comprehensiveunit testing. Integrate third-party servicesand applications using Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and middleware platforms. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issuesin production and sandbox environments. Conductcode reviews to ensure quality standards are met and actively contribute tocontinuous improvement initiatives. Optimize data modelsand workflows to ensure high system performance and user satisfaction. Required Qualifications: 3 to 5 yearsof proven experience in Salesforce development with a focus onLWC and Apex. Strong hands-on experience withSalesforce backend tools: Apex triggers, Flows, Process Builders, and Validation Rules. Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integrations. Experience working acrossat least two Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud). Proficiency inJavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Salesforce frameworks. Strong understanding ofSalesforce data model and securitymodel (profiles, roles, sharing settings). Experience withCI/CDpractices for Salesforce deployments is a plus.
