Job Title: Regional Sales Head - Real Estate Sales Job Type: Full-time Experience Level: Minimum 3-5 years in Real Estate ( Supply Side), with at least 5 years of experience in onboarding CAT -A builders.Job Summary : Ctruh is seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Head - Real Estate Sales with a minimum of 5 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years in successfully onboarding Cat A builders and developers in the real estate sector. This is a leadership role where you will drive supply-side growth, formulate and execute sales strategies, and contribute to the overall success of the company.Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership and Management : Lead and manage the supply-side sales team, focusing on the onboarding of Category A builders and developers. Strategic Sales Development : Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive growth in metro cities, including Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Chennai, and Hyderabad. Stakeholder Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate industry, ensuring trust and long-term partnerships. Market Analysis : Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry shifts to identify new opportunities and address challenges in the onboarding process. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with the corporate sales team to ensure the smooth integration of supply and demand channels, enhancing overall efficiency. Performance Reporting : Provide regular, insightful reports on sales performance, market trends, and business opportunities to the leadership team to support informed decision-making. Industry Awareness : Stay informed about industry regulations, market conditions, and evolving customer needs to maintain a competitive edge and adapt strategies accordingly.Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Sales, Real Estate, or a related field. Proven track record with at least 5 years of successful experience in onboarding CAT - A builders and developers. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyse market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
