Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops and surveys. 2. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. 3. Design and propose Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements. 4. Configure and customize Salesforce applications, including workflows, approvals, and dashboards. 5. Develop and maintain data management processes and data quality standards. 6. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs. 7. Conduct training sessions for end-users. 8.
