Job Role involves:Reviewingthe terms and conditions of various contracts (Staffing, Direct Hire, Managed Services)andco-ordinatingwith internal stakeholders to ensure compliance. Resolvingqueries regarding contract obligations and revisions. Advisingon workarounds for contract roadblocks and solutions to mitigate contract risks. Standardizing, improvising and vettingof various agreements / contracts Givingsign offon the matters referred toContractsdepartment Understandingcomplex contracts andbreakingdown the issues based on criticality level andsuggestingsolutions. Providingefficient back end support to theLegalDepartment. Actingas the primary contact between the Delivery Team and Sub-contractors, ensuring that all legal and contractual matters are addressed efficiently and promptly Preparing reports and keeping a track of all the exceptions, for the perusal of the senior management.Job role requires:Excellent written and verbal communication skills Graduate in Law (LLB) or equivalent with desired experience of 1 year Proficiency with MS Office Attention to details.
