OVERVIEW TheSenior Associatewill be responsible for evaluating and interpreting electronic documents for relevancy and privilege with utmost care of quality on document review projects. Partner with team to build strong relationships and solves day-to-day subject matter-related queries. Identifies potential project problem areas and shares proposed solutions to those problems before and as they arrive.DESCRIPTION Performing first-line review and quality checks for relevancy and privilege on document review projects for high-profile clients and complex cases Ability to grasp complex subject matters and open to working on multiple projects Ensure jobs are completed according to client, and industry standards, and that job specifications and deadlines are met Balance workload of team in order to meet the client deadlines Focus on accuracy and first time right approach to avoid any rework. Ability to handle Relativity (including advanced searches) and other document review platforms. Partner with team, especially with the team members new to document review, in order to bring them up to the speed Perform other special tasks or duties when requiredREQUIRED SKILLS Knowledge of MS Office applications required Available to work overtime, including evenings and weekends as needed Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Ability to multitask and prioritize the tasks based on importance and deadline Team player and helps in creating positive team environment.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors of Law (LL.B) Knowledge of eDiscovery and Document Review Projects Minimum 3+ years of eDiscovery experience Good oral and written communication Experience with Relativity is a must; Relativity certification is a plus
