This role is pivotal in transforming TOVO from a QSR to a renowned FSR brand, achieving significant market share in the competitive restaurant landscape. You will be responsible for driving strategic marketing initiatives, building strong brand positioning, and ensuring TOVO’s market leadership across all key geographies.Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy:Develop and execute marketing strategies to establish TOVO as a leading Fresh Serve Restaurant (FSR) brand, emphasizing our unique value propositions. Market Expansion:Own and drive the market share growth in the QSR industry by leading aggressive marketing campaigns that target expansion across new and existing regions. Consumer Acquisition & Retention:Create impactful digital and offline marketing campaigns to acquire new customers while retaining a loyal consumer base. Leverage data analytics to reduce CAC and increase CLTV. Innovation & Leadership:Spearhead innovative influencer campaigns, creative branding, and new product launches that align with the FSR vision. Lead a high-performance marketing team, fostering creativity and excellence. Brand Transformation:Drive the shift from QSR to FSR, ensuring cohesive messaging and branding across all touchpoints to reflect TOVO's unique farm-to-fork approach. Collaboration & Partnerships:Work closely with the Operations, Culinary, and Product Development teams to integrate marketing initiatives seamlessly into the customer experience. Digital & Social Media:Enhance the brand’s online presence across key platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and emerging channels. Build engagement and brand loyalty through innovative social media strategies. Performance Metrics:Monitor and measure campaign effectiveness, ensuring alignment with business objectives, sales goals, and market share targets.Key Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Minimum 7-10 years of experience in F&B, QSR, or retail marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of leading large-scale marketing operations and delivering measurable business results. Expertise in digital marketing, social media strategies, and influencer partnerships. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making. Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
