You will provide reliable data and analysis to be used in decision-making and planning.You will prepare accurate monthly financial reports, assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made.Required Education and Work experience / Skills: Bachelor’s degree with MBA / CA and experience in finance or a related area. Preferably CA. Experience: Total of 5 to 8 Years. Relevant4+ Years of experience in Ops finance, Pricing / Rate negotiation & Analytics.Well versed with BPO / Contact center Pricing – Preferred. Experience developingfinancial analysis. A very good understanding offinance and how P&L works and costs goes to P&L. Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills. General knowledge of financial/operational principles Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture Demonstrated ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communication Demonstrated ability to drive projects across an organizationResponsibilities ProvideAnalytics support / financial insights andprojectionsto the operation teams related to productivity, forecast planning, reporting, and other cost metrics.
