We're seeking a passionate and experienced Production Manager to oversee our entire operation, ensuring we deliver the highest quality furniture to our clients.Responsibilities: * Lead and manage the entire production process, from raw material to finished product, utilizing state-of-the-art Homag machinery. * Develop and implement efficient production plans, prioritizing on-time delivery and maximizing output. * Hire, train, and supervise a team of production personnel. * Conduct regular quality checks throughout the production process, upholding our commitment to exceptional craftsmanship. * Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction. * Manage raw material inventory, implementing reorder points and proactively sourcing new materials. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, streamlining processes and optimizing production efficiency.Qualification: * Minimum 3 years of experience in production management, ideally within the furniture industry. * In-depth understanding of lean manufacturing principles and a focus on process optimization. * Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a production team. * Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving production issues. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. * Experience working with Homag machinery a plus.We offer a competitive salary package, with the opportunity to be part of a ground-breaking company that's redefining modular furniture.Join us and build a legacy of quality!
