UniVisory Global Education is looking for experienced Admission Advisor experienced in working with high school students and preparing them to get in Ivy League and top 15 institutions in the US.Responsibilities Understand an applicant's unique background and come up with a plan that suits their persona Creating and maintaining appropriate timelines Conducting online research and suggesting best-fit universities based on the applicant's goals Brainstorming for essays and taking mock interviews Coordinating essay drafts to assess the relevance of content, expression, and grammar Reviewing all written application materials, including but not limited to essays, application forms, and resumes to ensure consistency with the applicant's persona Proofreading all the components of each application to ensure effective presentation and grammatical soundness Conducting basic interview preparation if required Motivating and supporting applicants through a demanding, prolonged application processQualifications A Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree (preferably from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 US university) 3+ years' experience in study-abroad counselling An empathic individual willing to listen and counsel A team player, willing to help students to achieve their goals Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-dependent environment Competitive organisational skills with an eye for detail Maturity, refine, and professionalism
