·Follow up on the status of existing order ·Checking mails /whatsapp regarding sales incoming orders ,providing support or any query related to Lighting ·Stay up-to-date with new product and feature ·Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience·Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems ·Taking follow up of enquires ·Making quotations ,offers for clients. ·Communicating/negotiating with the clients ·Making sale invoice and making 2-3 copies of the same ·Check the material according to the PO and transfer the internal challan to hazira warehouse. ·If the material is insufficient then order it from the company ·Submitting invoice copy to store team and intimating them to arrange material for the dispatch ·Making purchase order entry in software and submitting invoice to Monica (bill inward) ·Follow up from dispatch department regarding product delivery to client(Pandit ji) ·Maintaining excel sheet regarding daily activity report ·Finding vendor for purchase of unavailable product ·Suggest sales process improvements·Filling up proxy if someone is absent ·Reporting to the superior. ·And any other work given by top management.3.COMMUNICATIONS AND RELATIONSHIPS:Internal : Employees ,MD External:Clients ,Marketing person of other companies, Transporter 4.KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR JOBEducation BE Experience 2+ Skills ·Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel ·In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices ·Excellent communication skills ·Analytical and multitasking skills ·Teamwork and motivational skills
