Delivery ManagerMetricStream is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join Customer Services Team. In this role you will be responsibility is for making sure that services are being seamlessly delivered to the client organization. Includes taking charge of a variety of tasks such asleading project teams,monitoring progress, tracking KPIs, working amicably with cross-functional teams, resolving issues and conflicts, efficient client management, timely communications and managing budgets. Delivery Manager own a vital role in boosting the user experience by ensuring the smooth delivery of services that meet and exceed customer demands. You will work closely with a team of Solutions engineers, Engineering and QA team, MetricStream’s customers, product management and support organizations to develop and deliver high quality applications.Job Location: - BengaluruKey ResponsibilitiesInteract with MetricStream’s internal & external stakeholders to manage accounts efficiently. Identify customer needs by maintaining an excellent relationship withstakeholders. Responsible for end to end implementation of Apps/Solutions. At least 5 years of experience working in the services organization of a product company using various delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.) Developing a deep understanding ofprojectsto gain insights into the scope of service delivery. Provides proactive visibility to all stakeholders; effectively communicates delivery targets, commitments and progress. Avoid surprises. Manage a team of engineers to develop and support applications that or of the highest quality and are delivered in a timely + cost efficient manner. Helping to identify and remove impediments impacting the team’s productivity and ability to deliver. Work closely with MetricStream’s Product Management and R&D for Issues and road map scope delivery. Strong understanding of delivery and go-to-market methods and metrics Prioritizing incidents according to their urgency, work with cross functional teams (Platform, Product, Cloud etc.) and influence on the businessSkills and Experience10+ years of experience leading customer services teams, preferably in the SaaS industry Strong enterprise business application design and development experience with global fortune 500 companies. Expert in delivering projects on budget, schedule and quality. Expert in creating and tracking project artifacts like Project charter, WBS, budget file, schedule, SOW, project risk register etc Expert in managing customer expectations and Passionate about customer success Work with different teams like Solutions, Engineering, Product Management and customer team to have detailed WBS and drive project deliverables Able to work collaboratively with different groups outside of Customer Services to ensure customer success Take initiative, participate and drive BU initiatives Prior experience with GRC software implementation Strong knowledge of SQL, Relational databases and Data Modeling Exposure to AI/GenAI in solutioning Strong comprehension, analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) are mandatory PMP or equivalent project management certificationEducation BE/ BTech/ MCA/ MTech
