We are seeking an experienced and dynamicTeam Lead - Recruiterto join our growing team and drive recruitment strategies, lead a team of recruiters, and ensure high-quality service delivery.Position Summary: As a Team Lead - Recruiter, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring the effective delivery of staffing solutions to clients. You will play a key role in developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring the team's performance meets or exceeds recruitment goals. You will mentor and guide the recruitment team while also staying actively involved in sourcing, interviewing, and placement activities.Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership:Lead and motivate a team of recruiters to meet and exceed recruitment targets. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to ensure high performance. Recruitment Strategy:Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet client requirements across multiple sectors. Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and job specifications. Sourcing & Screening:Directly manage key accounts, ensuring sourcing and screening of candidates meets client expectations. Utilize various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networks, to attract top talent. Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring regular communication and satisfaction with recruitment services. Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and complex client requirements. Process Improvement:Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes, tools, and methodologies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Performance Monitoring:Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate quality) to ensure team and organizational goals are met.Key Requirements: Experience:2+ years of experience in recruitment, with experience in a leadership or team lead role. Experience in a staffing firm or agency environment is mandatory. Leadership Skills:Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of recruiters in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Recruitment Expertise:Strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement across various industries. Client Management:Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in managing client relationships. Ability to understand and anticipate client staffing needs. Technology Proficiency:Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, social media recruiting, and other recruitment tools. Microsoft Office proficiency is required. Analytical Abilities:Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve team performance. Problem-Solving:Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results under tight deadlines.Preferred Qualifications: Education:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Industry Knowledge:Previous experience working in staffing or recruitment agencies serving a variety of sectors (e.g., IT, healthcare, finance).
