National Pen, A Cimpress BU is looking for Technical Support Engineers for Mumbai location.Educational Requirements:Bachelor's degree in engineering/computer science with technical understanding and experience. MCA in IT or Computers BTech or BE or MTech from non-IT & Computers stream wanted to come in IT BTech or BE or MTech IT or computers but do not want to get in coding and testing of ITExperience & Technical details: 1. Minimum 2 years of experience in E-Commerce/Telecom/Enterprise IT / Banking industry 2. Monitor scheduled alerts (infra & application) on mails or via system like solarwinds, new relic etc 3. Once alert is received on basis of criticality connect with right teams over email or chat 4. Follow up with teams through the alert while it gets fixed 5. Communicate to stake holder until issue is fixed 6. Optimize the alerts on continuous basis to avoid unwanted and unnecessary alerts 7. Maintaining and updating technical documentation and SOPs 8. Attention to detail, a proactive approach while working on alerts 9. Complete ownership of L1 and L2 support 10. Understanding the functioning of the system. 11. Collaborating with other verticals. 12. To check/Analyze the transactions and logs and device settlements. 13. Monitor process and software changes that impact production support 14. Experience in providing L2 level support to customers (medium to large). 15. Experience in analysis application logs for errors and corrections. 16. Understanding and exposure to DB (Oracle, Mongo DB, Sql) will be added advantage. 17. Knowledge on Python, selenium tools for automation will be added advantage. 18. Willing to Work Night & Weekend Shifts on a rotational basisTechnical experience for role: 1. Basic understanding of operating systems 2. Basic understanding of server and client 3. Basic understanding of network, storage, backup 4. Basic understanding of monitoring tool 5. Basic knowledge in relational database, Linux, UNIX, Java, C++ 6. Basic knowledge of HTML, Website development will be an added advantage 7. Familiarity with Agile/Jira/Scrums is good to haveInterpersonal skills for role: 1.
