Employee Relations : Cultivate positive relationships with employees through clear communication, conflict resolution, and engagement programs, promoting a harmonious workplace atmosphere. Talent Management : Oversee the Talent Review and Succession Planning processes for key roles within the plant, ensuring that critical positions are filled with qualified individuals. Compliance and Policy Management : Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, regularly reviewing and updating HR policies and practices as necessary. Corporate Social Responsibility : Collaborate with stakeholders to implement CSR initiatives that align with corporate guidelines and meet community needs.Qualifications: Master’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 16 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
