Job Title: HR Trainee Job Location: Vadodara (onsite) Shift Timings: 12:00 Noon – 9 P.M ISTOverview:As an HR Trainee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new employees. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from the initial offer to the exit process. This role offers a great opportunity to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources.Key Responsibilities:Onboarding: Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires. Prepare and distribute onboarding materials, including welcome kits and orientation schedules. Conduct orientation sessions and ensure new employees understand company policies, procedures, and culture. Assist with the completion of all necessary paperwork and documentation, including employment contracts and benefits enrollment. Employee Lifecycle Management: Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system. Assist in the management of employee benefits, performance reviews, and development plans. Coordinate with various departments to ensure all necessary resources and access are provided to new employees. Support the HR team in handling employee relations issues and resolving workplace conflicts. Induction: Develop and refine induction programs to ensure they meet the needs of new employees. Schedule and coordinate induction sessions with relevant departments and stakeholders. Gather feedback from new employees on their induction experience and suggest improvements. General HR Support: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed. Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and employee engagement.Qualifications:Education:Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience:Internship or prior experience in HR is a plus but not required.Skills:Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
