Accounts Receivable Management: Manage month end and qtr end revenue and close process activities Supervise the accounts receivable team to ensure efficient collection processes. Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow and reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding). Monitor aging reports and proactively address overdue accounts. Scrutinize customer accounts with pending items and clearing thereof. Analyse and reconcile gross-to-net calculations to ensure accuracy in revenue reporting. Collaborate with various business partners such as pricing team , sales , FP&A / others Control over unapplied credits and reconciled with customer open items.Reporting and Analysis:Prepare regular reports on receivables aging, cash flow forecasts, and other key performance indicators. Analyse trends and variances in receivable aging and recommend improvements. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency in the accounts receivable function. Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall business operations.Qualifications:- Master degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus. - 10+ years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably with a focus on US business.
