Position -Recruitment Specialist Location -Rajendra Place , New Delhi Experience -Fresher Salary -1.8-2.4lpaROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-Role Understanding– understanding the specs mentioned in the JD’s shared by the client for the roles assigned to us with the expected TAT to close the position.•Recruiting Strategy– assessing the availability of talent pool as per the specs shared by client and drafting a recruitment strategy or plan to start working the given role as per the available resources to ensure a closure with in the specified time.• Sourcing, Screening & Scheduling– Reaching out to potential candidates through various channels of sourcing to maximize the number or leads / applicants for the open role. Screening the leads / Applicants as per the client’s specifications to ensure higher conversion in CV shortlisting by the client. Scheduling the shortlisted applicants as the slots provided by the clients.•Follow ups & Candidate Engagement– responsible for consistently following up with candidates and keeping them engaged through the stages of interview scheduling, shortlisting, salary negotiation, notice period discussion, pre joining & post joining connect.•Report & Data Management– responsible for consistently updating the ATS for daily sourcing updates. Preparing & Sharing daily, weekly & monthly reports & trackers with their respective leaders.
