Knowledge of Opera Software is a must Prior Experience of a Supervisor or Team leader would be an added advantage. Supervise daily operations of the front desk, ensuring compliance with hotel standards and procedures. Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, room assignments, and payments efficiently using Opera PMS. Oversee the handling of reservations, ensuring accuracy and timely updates in the Opera system. Monitor the availability of rooms and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure readiness. Greet guests warmly and address their inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally. Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences, fostering positive feedback and loyalty. Provide accurate information about the property, services, and local attractions. Utilize Opera PMS for efficient reservation management, room blocking, and guest profiles. Troubleshoot technical issues with Opera and escalate as needed. Stay updated on new features and updates in the Opera system to maximize its functionality.
