Role Overview:Crackadeal is a tech driven real estate renting solution (startup) aiming to solve and improve the prevailing rental scenario. This role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, creative problem-solving, and a product development mindset.Responsibilities:Data Collection & Analysis:Conduct thorough market research, collect accurate data, and provide actionable feedback to drive operations and insights. User-Centric Solutions:Identify user pain points (tenants, homeowners, brokers, etc.) and design innovative solutions tailored to their needs. Product Development Focus:Prioritize building and refining product solutions over mere product management. Problem-Solving Mindset:Approach challenges with creativity, optimism, and persistence. Must thrive on solving complex, impactful problems. Field Work Expertise:Engage in rapport building, user acquisition, servicing, education, market assessment, and client interactions as part of daily operations. Self-Management & Team Integration:Operate autonomously while seamlessly collaborating with the team. Mediocrity and reliance on micromanagement are not accepted. Growth-Oriented Mentality:Demonstrate strong communication, analytical thinking, and a commitment to learning and contributing to the company’s growth as a unified. Team.Qualifications:Education: Candidates must possess at minimum, a college degree or an equivalent educational qualification. Eligibility relaxation case: Exceptional ability, skill, and potential are valued over formal education. Non-degree holders may apply too, if they feel they are exceptionally skilled. But be prepared for rigorous interviews—results, not resumes, determine success. Excellence in English proficiency in verbal, and written communication skills. Excellence in interpersonal communication.Note:Compensation:Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 40,000 per monthdepending on skill. Candidates are eligible to receive increased annual compensation based on performance. Bonuses also applicable. The compensation will increaseto 12 LPA eventually after 3 - 4 years , depending on performance, if the candidate demonstrates their excellence consistently Candidates must have an unclouded perspective on startup culture and exhibit a genuine drive to contribute meaningfully in a high-performance environment.
