The Intake Counselor cum Front Desk Executive will be responsible for counselling prospective students, conducting school tours, maintaining admission records, providing administrative support to various department, answering phone calls and greeting and assisting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, handling administrative tasks such as scheduling and data entry, and providing excellent customer service to all who visit the school. The Intake Counselor cum Front Desk Executive will also work closely with the management team.Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in any field Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Phone Etiquette Experience in counselling, receptionist duties and customer service. Excellent Communication Skills ( Verbal and Written ) Ability to maintain confidentiality Strong communication skills and ability to multitask Good organizational skills and ability to work independently Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, internet) Experience in the education sector is a plus Experience with school management systems is a plusResponsibilities: Front Desk Management:Manage all front desk activities including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors. Information Dissemination:Provide accurate information about the institution’s programs, facilities, and policies to visitors and callers. Admission Counselling:Guide prospective students and their families through the admission process. This includes explaining the application process, providing information about different programs, and answering any questions they may have. Record Keeping:Maintain records of all inquiries and admissions. Collaboration:Work closely with the academic and administrative staff to stay updated about any changes in the institution’s programs and policies.
