Key Responsibilities: Delivery Excellence:Ensure that all BIM deliverables meet or exceed quality standards while adhering to project timelines and budgets. Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance service delivery efficiency. BIM Strategy Development : Formulate and implement BIM strategies and protocols that align with organizational goals and project requirements. Team Leadership : Supervise a team of BIM modelers, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance their skills and performance. Quality Assurance : Oversee the quality control processes for BIM models, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. Training and Development : Conduct training sessions for staff on BIM and workflows, ensuring the team remains updated on industry advancements. Documentation Management : Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to BIM processes, including execution plans and project reports. Stakeholder Engagement : Serve as the primary point of contact for all BIM-related inquiries, facilitating communication between project teams and stakeholders. Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for process enhancements within BIM workflows to increase efficiency and reduce errors.Qualifications: Educational Background : A bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees or certifications in BIM or project management are advantageous. Experience : A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in BIM management or modelling services within the construction or architectural industry Technical Skills : Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and Solibri Leadership Skills : Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing teams and driving project success through effective collaboration.
