We’re looking for a talentedLogistics Managerto oversee and streamline our logistics operations, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of our products and projects.Job Summary : The Logistics Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring logistics operations such as warehousing, inventory, transportation, and supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and experience managing logistics in a fast-paced, innovative environment.Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize product distribution and ensure timely deliveries. Oversee warehousing, transportation, and supply chain activities, ensuring high efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Manage relationships with vendors, transporters, and third-party logistics providers (3PL) to ensure seamless operations. Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock movement, and plan replenishment in coordination with the team. Prepare and manage the logistics budget, ensuring operations are executed within financial targets. Ensure compliance with all logistics regulations, including transportation laws, safety standards, and environmental guidelines. Identify areas for improvement in logistics processes, implementing best practices for quality control, safety, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project timelines and deliveries.Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management. Proven experience in managing warehousing, transportation, and supply chain operations. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on results and collaboration. Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards. Experience with logistics in the aerospace or education sectors is a plus.
