Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize and develop architectural designs for residential, commercial, and retail projects. Create detailed design plans and models that align with client requirements and project objectives. Collaborate closely with clients, project teams, and consultants to deliver innovative architectural solutions. Conduct site visits to evaluate project progress and ensure design intent is maintained. Research and integrate emerging architectural trends, materials, and sustainable practices. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and zoning regulations. Prepare presentations and project proposals for client reviews and approvals. Efficiently manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones in a startup environment. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field. Proficiency inRevit Architectureand3DS MAXis mandatory. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketchup and other architectural tools is a plus. Strong portfolio showcasing technical proficiency and creative architectural designs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
