Knowledge of Amadeus is mandatory The goal is to keep our clients satisfied and loyal for future services.Job Types: Full-time/Schedule: UK Shift Location: ChikhliRequirement and skills • Candidate should have a good communication skills and ability to interact and negotiate effectively • Along with strong coordination and sales skill with proven experience in Travel Industry with Knowledge of travel norms, ticketing and reservation • Sound knowledge of domestic/ international travel trends along with other languages will be considered as an advantage • Candidates should have good knowledge of MS-Word, Excel, effective time-management skills with willingness to work in shifts • Knowledge of Amadeus is mandatory • Training and support will be providedResponsibilities • Plan and sell Transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services • Able to make accurate bookings for customers. • Calculate expenses and write and sell tickets to the passengers. • Help passengers by answering questions on travel arrangements. • Help to make and confirm reservations. • Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of Transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations • Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds • Enter data into our software and maintain client files • Network with tour operators, maintain statistical and financial records • Meet profit and sales target, also provide after sales services to the customers Commitment of 12 months mandatory
