Job Description

We are looking for a talented Growth Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and play a key role in achieving our aggressive growth goals. You will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing & branding campaigns across various channels, optimizing them for maximum ROI, and generating high-quality leads that convert into in-store walk-ins and sales. You will also work on managing growth projects and look at their end to end execution by working closely with cross-functional and multi functional teamsKey Responsibilities:Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, and alternative platforms. Analyze campaign performance using key metrics like CTR, CPL, CPM, and ROAS to identify the most effective communication channels across different regions. Continuously optimize campaigns to reduce cost-per-lead (CPL) and costper-mille (CPM) while maintaining campaign goals. Provide actionable feedback to the marketing team on content and creatives based on measurable data. Scale successful campaigns and eliminate underperforming ones based on data analysis. Oversee Click-to-Whatsapp campaigns and integrate chatbot leads with the CRM. Collaborate with the analytics team to create automated dashboards for lead and campaign performance tracking. Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Content, Tech, Analytics, Retail, Retention) for seamless growth offer’s execution. Identify opportunities for improvement and develop innovative marketing strategies to increase leads, walk-ins, and customer engagement.You will be successful if you have1 to 2+ years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of success. Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Looker, Excel, Google Sheets etc.). Experience in developing and executing performance marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, and other digital channels. Excellent understanding of marketing attribution models and customer journey optimization. Experience in Click-to-Whatsapp campaigns and chatbot lead integration. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. A data-driven and results-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation. Preference would be given to candidates from Omnichannel D2C Brands (D2C Brands with an offline presence)
