Research and implement innovative, eco-friendly ingredients and technologies. Conduct stability testing, compatibility testing, and performance evaluations to ensure product efficacy and safety. Support product claims substantiation and regulatory documentation as needed. Oversee pilot plant trials, troubleshooting any formulation challenges and optimizing processes for manufacturing efficiency (mid-scale to large-scale production).Skill sets Master's degree in chemistry/biochemistry/pharmaceutical science/cosmetic/ Ayurveda. Ideally worked in personal care research and development of a company and has formulated own products Experience in formulating natural or Ayurvedic products.
