Watch our storyhere.Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development : Develop comprehensive media marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and audience needs. Campaign Management:Plan, execute, and optimize media campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms. Content Creation:Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging multimedia content that resonates with the target audience. Analytics & Reporting:Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools; provide data-driven recommendations for improvement. Budget Management:Oversee the media marketing budget to ensure efficient and cost-effective resource allocation. Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, PR, and product development, to ensure consistent and cohesive messaging. Trend Analysis:Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities. Brand Management:Ensure consistent brand messaging and uphold brand standards across all media channels.Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in media marketing or a similar role. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms. Excellent communication and project management skills. Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights). Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement.Preferred Skills: Experience with marketing dashboards and content marketing strategies. Knowledge of graphic design or video production is a plus. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on data insights.
