Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets in the cloud telephony market. Identify and target new business opportunities and verticals. Lead Generation & Prospecting:Generate leads through various channels including outbound calls, networking, referrals, and inbound inquiries. Qualify leads and identify potential clients that can benefit from cloud telephony solutions. Sales Presentations & Demos:Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our cloud telephony products. Customize presentations to meet the specific needs of each client. Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations, including C-level executives, IT directors, and business owners. Develop long-term partnerships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction post-sale. Sales Negotiation & Closing:Lead negotiations and close deals in a timely and professional manner. Work closely with the legal and technical teams to ensure smooth contract agreements and delivery. Sales Forecasting & Reporting:Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to management on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends. Track and analyze key performance metrics to refine sales strategies. Collaboration with Marketing & Product Teams:Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns and messaging with sales goals. Collaborate with the product team to stay informed about new features, updates, and customer feedback.Key Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 4 years in a sales management role, ideally in the SaaS, cloud communication, or telephony industry. Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing a sales pipeline. Skills:Strong understanding of cloud telephony solutions, VoIP, and unified communications platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level stakeholders. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team. Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to sales. Education:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
