Job Title:Asst. Manager - Field HRLocation:Ahmedabad & VadodaraWe are a leading Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) chain dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and delicious food experiences. As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a Field HR Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR within the QSR, Retail, Hypermarket, or similar industries. This role will involve travelling within the designated region to support various restaurant locations with HR-related matters.Key Responsibilities:Employee Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for HR-related inquiries and support for restaurant managers and employees within the designated region. Address employee relations issues promptly and effectively, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures as well as relevant employment laws and regulations. Conduct investigations into employee complaints, grievances, or disciplinary issues as needed.Recruitment and Onboarding: Support restaurant managers with the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and making job offers. Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process for all new employees.Training and Development: Collaborate with restaurant managers to identify training needs and facilitate training sessions for employees, including compliance training, customer service training, and leadership development programs. Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and coaching to support their growth and development.HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with all HR-related laws, regulations, and company policies across restaurant locations within the designated region. Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with HR documentation, including personnel files, time and attendance records, and employee certifications.Performance Management: Assist restaurant managers in managing employee performance, including conducting performance evaluations, setting goals, and implementing performance improvement plans as needed. Provide guidance and support to managers on addressing performance issues and promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Benefits Administration: Assist employees with inquiries related to benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits. Collaborate with HR leadership and benefits providers to ensure accurate and timely administration of benefits programsQualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in the QSR, retail, hypermarket, or similar industries. Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with employees at all levels. Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
