If you’re passionate about creating safe, efficient, and employee-friendly workspaces while driving operational excellence, this is your opportunity to make an impact.Key Responsibilities Overseeend-to-end facility and administration operations , including security, transport, budgeting, compliance, and process management. Ensure asafe, secure, and conducive 24x7 working environmentfor employees with zero facility downtime. Lead and managea team of administrative staff and third-party service providers. Handletravel and logistics management(independently or with support from the broader admin org.) Monitor vendor performance to ensurehigh-quality service deliverywithin defined timelines; negotiate contracts and manage invoices. Manage allfacility functionssuch as office maintenance, housekeeping, transportation, security services, and office build-outs. Drive compliance with statutory norms and internal policies;prepare for auditsand ensure smooth functioning. Develop and implementbest practicesto improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Maintain confidentiality of all employee and client information. Respond to routine inquiries and correspondence in a timely and professional manner.The Ideal Candidate Experience:4-10 years in facilities and administration management, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment. Skills:Strong people management, decision-making, and crisis management skills; experience working with remote teams is a plus. Competencies:Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to independently handle emergencies and day-to-day operations. Mindset:Proactive problem solver who thrives in a hyper-growth environment. Strong knowledge oflocal regulations, vendor ecosystems, and statutory compliancespecific to the Gurugram region.
