We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join us asHead of Payments Productto lead the evolution of our core payments infrastructure. This role is central to the company's mission to deliver a world-class payment experience. The individual will oversee key infrastructure as our FX engine, payments switching router, as well as all our banking and financial partner integrations. As the Head of Payments Product, the individual will lead a team of 3-5 talented Product Managers, shape the company's payments roadmap, and work closely with engineering, design, and operations teams. Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 3-5 Product Managers, fostering collaboration and ownership. Payments Infrastructure Development : Oversee the design and optimization of payment flows to enhance efficiency, scalability, and reliability. Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver robust, secure, and compliant solutions. Partnerships & Integrations : Manage and expand integrations with banks, financial institutions, and payment partners. Work with compliance and risk teams to ensure adherence to global regulatory standards. Stakeholder Management : Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners for payments-related initiatives.
