We are currently looking for an Architect for one of our ongoing aviation projects.Responsibilities: Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop interior design concepts that integrate seamlessly with the overall architectural design. Attend client meetings and coordination to understand their needs, preferences, and budget. Develop creative and functional space plans, considering traffic flow, furniture layout, and functionality. Research and select appropriate materials, finishes, and fixtures. Create detailed construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and reflected ceiling plans (RCPs). Develop and present design proposals and mood boards to clients. Manage project budgets and timelines. Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards. Stay current with industry trends, building codes, and sustainable design practices.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. Minimum 8-12 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in Commercial buildings, malls, hospitals, airports etc Strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
