Job Title:HR Generalist Location:Mumbai Job Type:Full Time Reports To:Director- People & Culture Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Generalist with experience in HR processes and systems, particularly SAP and ERP platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR administration. The individual will leverage SAP and ERP tools to streamline HR operations and ensure that HR functions align with company policies and objectives. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Staffing: Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding. Utilize SAP and ERP systems for managing candidate databases, tracking recruitment metrics, and ensuring data accuracy in recruitment processes. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns and promoting positive employee relations. Implement company policies and handle any employee issues or disciplinary matters using SAP/ERP data to track case progress and resolution. Payroll & Benefits Administration: Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payments. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits through ERP and SAP platforms. Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback collection. Use SAP/ERP tools to track performance data, generate reports, and support management in performance evaluations. Training & Development: Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and organizational growth. Track employee training progress and maintain records in SAP/ERP systems. HR Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations. Maintain HR-related documentation, such as employee files, contracts, and records, within SAP and ERP systems to ensure data integrity and compliance. HR Reporting & Analytics: Generate regular HR reports from SAP/ERP systems related to workforce data, turnover rates, hiring trends, and other relevant HR metrics. Assist in HR analytics and decision-making by providing accurate and up-to-date data from the systems. System Management & Support: Act as a liaison between HR and IT departments for the integration and optimization of SAP/ERP systems. Ensure that SAP and ERP systems are used effectively for HR processes and troubleshoot any issues related to HR data within these platforms. Employee Engagement & Retention: Assist in creating programs to enhance employee engagement and retention. Leverage SAP and ERP data to identify trends in employee satisfaction, turnover, and retention metrics. Qualifications: MBA in Human Resources, 5+ years of experience in HR Generalist roles, with a strong focus on SAP and ERP systems. Proficiency in SAP HR module and other ERP systems, with hands-on experience in HR functions like payroll, benefits administration, and performance management. Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience in report generation and HR analytics is a plus. Ability to adapt to evolving HR technologies and systems. Preferred Skills: HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus. Familiarity with other HR software and tools.
