Should have decent understanding of KRA’s/ KPI’s. Must have prior work experience of Performance Management System, goal/target setting. Should have worked on performance measurement matrix, PIP/PEP. Designing and drafting standard KPI Metrics for India based on the business requirement. Required good analytical & logical skill set. Worked on medium / large database - Minimum 3000 staff. Must be proficient in MS Excel (Formulae’s / Pivot / Slicers etc.), Word, PPT etc. Expertise in macro will be ad on advantage. Should be able to work under pressure & meet deadlines.Require good communication skill.Should be flexible with time span - if required
