Job Overview : We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Project Coordinator to support our project management team in delivering high-quality projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, customer engagement, and managing key aspects of data migration, ERP, and CRM projects. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication, timely delivery, and overall support across all project stages, from planning through to execution and closure. Key Responsibilities :Project Coordination & Support : Assist Project Managers in organizing, executing, and monitoring projects from initiation through to completion. Help define project scope, goals, deliverables, and work plans to align with customer requirements. Coordinate project schedules, resources, and team members, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within scope. Maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, status reports, and meeting minutes. Agile & Waterfall Methodology : Assist in the coordination of Agile and Waterfall project management frameworks, depending on the needs of the project. Support daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies for Agile projects. Track project progress, monitor deliverables, and ensure the team adheres to the chosen project management methodology. Customer Engagement : Serve as a key point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle. Assist in managing customer expectations and ensuring their requirements are effectively communicated to the project team. Organize customer meetings, presentations, and demos, and provide timely project updates to ensure alignment with client needs. Gather and document customer feedback, ensuring project deliverables meet customer expectations. Data Migration : Coordinate activities related to data migration, ensuring smooth and accurate transfer of data from legacy systems to new systems. Collaborate with technical teams to track data migration progress, resolve issues, and maintain data integrity. Support the testing and validation of migrated data to ensure quality and completeness. ERP and CRM Implementation : Assist in the deployment and support of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems. Collaborate with functional teams to ensure smooth integration, customization, and configuration of ERP and CRM solutions. Ensure project timelines and milestones are met, and provide status updates to stakeholders. Risk Management : Assist in identifying and managing project risks, issues, and changes. Proactively raise concerns to the project manager and suggest appropriate actions for risk mitigation. Maintain a risk and issue log and ensure timely resolution of any issues that may arise. Project Reporting & Documentation : Prepare and maintain project reports, including status updates, financial tracking, and resource allocation. Ensure proper documentation is created and stored for each project, including requirements, design documents, and post-implementation reports. Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure the project is on track and within scope. Support & Post-Implementation : Provide ongoing support after project completion, ensuring systems are running smoothly. Assist in post-implementation reviews and lessons learned to improve future projects. Coordinate user training and help manage the transition to support teams for ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting.Key Skills & Qualifications : Project Coordination : Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and ensure timely delivery. Agile & Waterfall Methodologies : Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project management approaches, and understanding of their respective processes. Customer Engagement : Ability to manage customer expectations, handle difficult conversations, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Data Migration : Experience in coordinating or supporting data migration projects, understanding the complexities of moving data from legacy systems to modern platforms. ERP & CRM : Familiarity with ERP (Microsoft Dynamics) and CRM (e.g., Salesforce) systems and their implementation processes. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. Problem Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address challenges and find solutions to keep projects on track. Project Management Tools : Experience with project management software such as JIRA, Trello, MS Project, or similar tools. Attention to Detail : Ability to track project progress, manage timelines, and ensure the quality of deliverables without overlooking key details.Education & Experience : Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field.Experience : 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or related roles. Prior experience with Agile, Waterfall, ERP, CRM, and data migration projects is preferred.
