You will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to generate leads, create brand visibility and develop followers/community on various social channels. You will oversee a team of digital marketing professionals and work closely with other departments to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals. The ideal candidate need to be data-driven, creative, and has passion to learn and implement the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.Key Responsibilities:Strategy & Planning:Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, e-books, and more to engage our target audience Campaign Execution:Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC), social media marketing, and content marketing. Social Media Management:Manage and grow followers in our SM platforms such as LinkedIn, X (twitter), YT, Insta, etc. Community Engagement:Foster an active and engaged community of followers, responding to comments, questions, and feedback Content Distribution:Strategically distribute content across digital channels to maximize reach and engagement Social Media Advertising:Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to reach specific audience segments and achieve marketing objectives Analytics and Reporting:Use social media and web analytics tools to track and analyse the performance of content and social media campaigns. Minimum 5-7 years of experience inB2B digital marketing Proven experience of 5+ years in Email marketing, social media management, Content marketing, and community engagement. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. Proven track record of successfulLinkedIn marketing campaigns Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas. Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
