As a Sales Manager - PV Projects, you will manage and execute solar projects, focusing on sales and business development in the Commercial and Industrial Segments in Kurnool, Anantapur, and Nandyal. This role is located in Kurnool, Anantapur, and Nandyal.Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets Partner with Channel Partners to identify and prospect new leads of MSME/ SME's Close the leads for a successful completion of TargetsQualifications Prior experience 3-5 years in sales and business development selling Solar PV to Commercial & Industrial Segment in Mumbai Strong knowledge of photovoltaic systems and solar energy solutions to SME/ MSME's Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Degree in business, engineering, or a related field The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual with a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
