Job Summary / Overview:Experience inE-Mail and Chat/ Voice , preferably someone with customer support experience from BFSI Industry.(International Chat/ Customer Support Experience Preferable) Customer Support Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and concerns via email and Chat with a keen focus on effective communication. Primary goal will be to ensure prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to all incoming emails while maintaining ambitious standards of customer satisfaction.Technical Competence: Proficiency in Email and chat with Computer Literacy. Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute (wpm) with high accuracy. Quick Navigation Ability, Web Savvy-Ability to toggle between screens/tools.Preferred candidate profile: Handle queries and problems of the customers. Location - Chennai (Two Sites- Ambattur and Perungalathur) Work Mode - From Office Excellent Email and Chat Etiquette. Excellent Written & Spoken English Skills. Should be within the Boundary limits for cab facility. Follow a 24/7 rotation shift schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure round-the-clock customer support coverage. Graduate and Undergraduate candidates can apply. Experienced candidates must have minimum 1 Year of experience in BPO sector with valid documents i.e., offer letter, relieving/experience letter and last three months' salary slip.
