Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead and enhance our digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, data analytics, and strategic planning to drive client’s marketing efforts to the next level. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Utilize web analytics tools, like Google Analytics 4 (GA4)/GTM or Adobe Analytics, to gather and analyze data, providing actionable insights. Perform ROI analysis to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies. Analyze and interpret web analytics data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Create compelling stories on customer journey, funnel gap analysis from data & develop dashboards on tools like PowerBI & Looker Studio Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Align industry best practices for digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, & seamless integration of web analytics platforms with websites and apps to guarantee accurate tracking of traffic and user behavior. Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in digital marketing sphere. Train and mentor junior team members on web analytics and digital marketing strategies. Qualifications: Proven experience in digital marketing strategy development and implementation. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Proficient in using SQL, or BigQuery to analyze data and find insights, trends & gaps Expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Certification in GA4 or related digital marketing certifications is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of HTML/CSS, JS & web development and UX/UI principles. Experience with marketing automation platforms. Familiar with applications of modeling techniques such as Customer segmentation, Media Mix Modeling Understand principles of Identity resolution techniques & implementation and usage of CDP platforms
