We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Referral Business Lead to drive our referral program initiatives at Livspace. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers of that experience centre to generate referral leads, driving input efforts for referrals among all Business Managers (BMs), conducting audits, disbursing referral rewards, designing sales schemes, and enhancing repeat referrals from past referrers.Key Responsibilities: Interact with existing customers and generate new referral leads for a particular Experience Center (EC). Interact with new referred customers and qualify them as prospective customers. Drive input efforts for referrals among all BMs, ensuring regular touchpoints and engagement. Conduct audits and manage the disbursal of referral rewards on a regular basis. Enhance repeat referrals from existing referrers through targeted strategies. Implement a structured approach to drive referral generation across the EC. Ensure 100% compliance and awareness of the referral program and related marketing activities.Qualifications:Proven sales experience in generating referral business. Strong ability to influence people to get work done. Strong analytical skills and the ability to drive results through data-driven strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
