Senior Support Analyst with 8 to 12 years of MES experience Strong technical & functional skills in any of the MES tools – POMSnet, Rockwell FTPS, Werum PAS-X Domain exposure - Pharma / Life Sciences / Medical Devices Well versed with Pharma Recipes / Batches, Architecture of MES Systems, Integration of MES with various systems like SAP, TIBCO, LIMS, Maximo, etc. Good understanding of interfaces especially with SAP and also other peripherals like scales, scanners, printers etc. Awareness of Standards / Compliance – ISA 88, ISA 95, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, Periodic reviews, Audits Awareness of how Pharma Manufacturing works Technology - SQL, Database - Oracle, C# - Experience working with databases including running scripts, performing performance analysis and related tasks Deep experience with MES concepts including master batch records template configurations and materials data structures Role involves critical analysis, investigation & implementation of technical solutions to enhance operational efficiency Experience of ITIL based application support Experience of handling 24*7 or 24*5 support operations Experience of adherence to the SLA timelines while dealing with the issues Working with the team to ensure all Service Requests, Incidents, Change Requests, Problem Records, Periodic Reviews etc. are completed on time & within SLA timeframe Experience in handling Major Incident Management calls for P1 and P2 incidents Able to perform deep dive analysis and root cause analysis Create/update documentations like KBAs, RCA Knowledge of ticketing tool - ServiceNow, Remedy Excellent communication skills both written and oral Experience of dealing with various stakeholders like product vendor, network, Windows, Infra, TIBCO, SAP, Site users / leads Awareness of implementation of any MES application
