About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Human Resources and Admin Executive to manage core HR and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR processes specific to the engineering or manufacturing sector, with strong skills in recruitment, labor management, and compliance.This role will require the following responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment, with additional focus on ShopFloor manpower hiring. Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination. Implement and manage HR policies aligned with organizational objectives. Oversee labor and admin management to ensure compliance and smooth operations. Coordinate employee engagement activities, training, and performance management. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements. Handle vendor management, office supplies, and administrative tasks. Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce () with honors is mandatory. Postgraduate degree in HR Management is preferred. Previous experience in HR roles (4-6 years) within the engineering or manufacturing industry is essential. Experience in recruitment for ShopFloor manpower is desired. Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems/tools. Familiarity with labor laws, compliance, and payroll practices. Strong admin and labor management capabilities. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.Pay range and compensation package: Salary range: ~INR 6 Lakhs. Salary is negotiable based on the candidate's skills and experience.
