The Business Solution Consultant (BSC) plays a pivotal role in fostering customer engagement and ensuring alignment with iBase-t's Solumina software and industry best practices. This involves conducting workshops to effectively demonstrate and train customers on the software's features, as well as facilitating business process reengineering and mapping sessions. The BSC actively contributes to the setup of software functionality and employs expertise in designing software configurations and introducing new functionalities. Additionally, the BSC is responsible for the development and execution of functional testing protocols, utilizing troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address customer challenges effectively. Role Pre-Requisites: Possession of a bachelor’s degree in computer science, business information systems, engineering, or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Demonstrated proficiency with at least 5 years of experience in enterprise software implementation, particularly in projects involving MES, MRO, ERP, EAM, or PLM. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, enabling the evaluation of complex situations and the delivery of effective solutions. Previous involvement in software, database, or systems interface development. Preferred Experience: Substantial industry expertise in Aerospace MRO (maintenance, repair & overhaul), demonstrating a robust understanding of shop floor planning and execution. Demonstrated functional expertise in iBASE-t Solumina software and its associated extension products will be a big plus
