Job Description

The Lead of HR Analytics will be responsible for leveraging data, technology, and analytics to provide insights that shape workforce strategies, improve employee experiences, and optimize HR processes.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a robust HR analytics strategy aligned with organizational goals. Conceptualize and execute HR analytics solutions that span the employee lifecycle. Lead the design, development, and deployment of HR dashboards and predictive analytics tools to support talent acquisition, skilling & development, performance management, rewards, engagement, and retention. Periodically analyse employees’ data to provide actionable insights and trends on employees’ demographics, hiring, performance, learning & development, engagement, retention, attrition, etc. Provide a scalable and efficient HR analytics technology strategy to enable insightful data analysis. Oversee data accuracy and integrity across HR systems while maintaining operational excellence in data management. Utilize advanced analytics methods, including machine learning and AI, to forecast workforce trends and talent challenges. Deliver real-time dashboards and reports for HR leaders and Business Leaders, simplifying complex data into actionable insights.Qualifications and Skills: Master’s degree in HR, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Minimum of 15 years of experience in the analytics domain, with at least 5 years leading HR analytics for a large and diversified business group. Strong expertise in HR systems, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and analytics platforms. Proficiency in statistical tools and programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL and certifications in analytics tools or methodologies, such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, or R, are desirable. Proven track record of applying predictive analytics and workforce planning strategies. Demonstrated ability to align data analytics technology to improve business decision-making. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
