This role blends strategic sales initiatives with hands-on operational management to ensure high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and business success.Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Engagement Develop and execute strategies to drive membership and service package sales, with a focus on postpartum programs. Conduct consultations with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored wellness solutions. Maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and community groups to generate referrals. Develop and implement cross-selling strategies to achieve sales targets. Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base. Track and analyse sales performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights.Operations Management Oversee daily operations to ensure the center runs smoothly and efficiently. Manage scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to meet client needs and maximize center capacity. Collaborate with therapists, consultants, and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery.Marketing and Outreach Partner with the marketing team to create campaigns that promote postpartum wellness services. Send promotions through direct mail, inserts in newspapers, Internet advertisements, in-store displays, product endorsements, or other special events. Represent the wellness center at community events, workshops, and industry conferences. Utilize social media and digital platforms to engage potential clients and share success stories.Team LeadershipTrain, mentor, and manage staff to uphold service excellence and operational standards. Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture focused on client care. Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.Required Skills and ExperienceProven experience in sales, ideally in wellness, healthcare, or postpartum services. Strong understanding of postpartum care and related services (e.g., lactation consulting, physical therapy, mental health support). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership experience with a track record of managing successful teams.
