Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedEcommerce & Operations Business Headto lead and manage our ecommerce platform and operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in scaling ecommerce businesses, streamlining operations, and driving customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Ecommerce Management ·Platform Oversight: Manage and optimize the ecommerce website, ensuring smooth functionality, user-friendly navigation, and engaging customer experiences. ·Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales, conversion rates, and average order value. ·Digital Marketing Collaboration: Work with marketing teams to strategize campaigns, SEO, PPC, social media, and influencer marketing. ·Performance Analysis: Analyze website metrics and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Operations Management ·Inventory Control: Oversee inventory management, ensuring product availability and minimizing stockouts or overstocking. ·Order Fulfillment: Ensure timely and accurate processing, packaging, and delivery of orders. ·Vendor Coordination: Manage vendor relationships and ensure the quality and timely supply of materials/products. ·Logistics: Optimize shipping and return processes to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce costs. Strategic Leadership ·Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. ·Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, production, and marketing teams to align business goals. ·Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for ecommerce and operations functions. ·Market Expansion: Identify and execute opportunities for growth in domestic and international markets. Key Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Ecommerce, or a related field (MBA preferred). · 5+ years of experience in ecommerce and operations management, preferably in the jewellery or luxury goods sector. · Expertise in ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.) and analytics tools. · Strong understanding of inventory and supply chain management. · Proven leadership and team management skills. · Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
