We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedPega CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certified with 3-5 years’experience to join our dynamic team. The candidate should be skilled Pega developer to design and develop enterprise-level Pega applications for our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, proven experience in architecture design, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Working technical knowledge of integration (SOAP & REST) strategies, including web services. Working technical knowledge on Case management and Decisioning rules, declarative rules, Flows, Activities and Agents, file listeners, Email Listeners. Experience with Pega new features like Job Scheduler, Kafka, Queue Processor, New Admin Studio, App Studio. Should have experience to work in a team and to deliver the assigned items within given timeline. Advanced understanding of Pega PRPC 5.x/6.x/7.x/8.x. Basic knowledge of Java, JSP, J2EE, XML, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS and EJB. Knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies. Experience in various rules and features like Class Design, User Interface, Flow Actions, SLAs, Correspondence, SingleSignOn, External Authentication, PRPC Security, Reports, Authorization etc. Candidate should have knowledgeable in Estimation, Performance Tuning and Deployment process together with analyzing the performance impact on the application. Create low-level design documents for enterprise class structure, data model and data classes based on the signed off system requirement. Responsible for design and development of overall solution including re-usable classes and frameworks, component design, UI design providing scalable and resilient solution that meets functional and non-functional requirements Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, developers, and quality assurance teams, to gather requirements and translate them into architectural blueprints. If needed should be able to perform code reviews, architecture reviews, and system performance analysis to identify areas for optimization and ensure code quality and adherence to standards. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.Qualifications & Skills:Must Have: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science , Software Engineering, or a related field. Pega Certified Senior System Architect(CSSA) certification Strong understanding of database design principles and experience working with relational and SQL/Oracle/DB2 databases.
