You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the Ed-tech industry, specifically inK9andK12education.Responsibilities: Dial 250 cold calls daily to connect with potential clients, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable courses when no conductions. Regularly go to conductions (within Hyderabad, create need, strongly counsel & close the deal). Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact through enrolment. Identify and counsel clients on the benefits of our courses, addressing concerns and helping them make informed decisions. Understand the unique needs and challenges of clients in the K9 and K12 segments and tailor solutions to meet their requirements. Track progress in CRM tools, manage leads, and ensure regular follow-ups for maximum client engagement. Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve. Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback. Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and effective sales techniques.Requirements: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Work Experience: Minimum of1 year of experiencein business development, sales in theEd-tech industry . Demonstrated success inachieving sales targets . Skillset: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple clients simultaneously. Knowledge of the K9 and K12 education landscape, including challenges and opportunities. Hands-on experience with CRM tools and reporting. Attributes: Team working capabilities with a proactive and self-motivated approach. Results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
