Platform Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of payment systems, including architecture, development, integration, and scaling. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus. Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a focus on payment systems, digital payments, or financial technology. Proven experience managing large-scale payment platforms or fintech solutions, including payment gateways, processors, and fraud prevention systems. Strong background in software development, systems integration, and architecture design, with experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and payment processing technologies. Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and driving the delivery of complex, high-impact technology projects. Skills: In-depth knowledge of payment technologies (e.g., mobile payments, card networks, digital wallets, ACH, SWIFT). Familiarity with security standards and compliance requirements (e.g., PCI-DSS, PSD2, GDPR).
