Job Description

Role: Jr. / Sr. Sales Executive Experience: 3+ Years Location: Vapi & Silvassa Key Responsibilities:Tele-calling Generate leads through platforms like 99 acres, website, and social media. Conduct follow-up on inquiries to schedule revisits. Manage payment-related calls for ANANTA. Handling Walk-ins Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally. Provide comprehensive information about the project. Site Visits & ClosingsConduct site visits and ensure potential clients are guided effectively. Regularly update and revise all sales-related documentation promptly. Documentation – Maintain accurate records in Software Farvision Record daily walk-ins and booking entries. Record follow-up call entries of inquiries and payment for further line of action. Document tele-calling entries for future reference. Meeting Sales Target Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Generate and present comprehensive reports including, Individual performance metrics include the number of visits attended, revisits, bookings, calls made for revisits and payments, revenue generated, and revisits from follow-up. Sales Pipeline report detailing ongoing and potential deals. Set new targets for calls, revisits, bookings, and revenue based on analysis. Payments follow ups. What should you bring in? Bachelor’s degree with 2-5 Years of relevant experience in Real Estate. Master’s Degree or MBA with 5+ Years of experience in Real Estate or B2C or equivalent Fluency in relevant local languages and English. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of legal documentation work in real estate will be an added advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays.
